OUR FOOD
When being catered for by a professional chef from our roster, a direct consultation will be set up to gauge any dietary requirements, special requests and general preferences. From there, a tailored menu will be invented, updated daily, and consistently bursting with seasonal flavour.
Kicking the day off with a morning tea tray, followed by cooked breakfast specialities, an afternoon tea with baked treats, and an a la carte dinner, we’d strongly encourage treating yourself. We’re locally, ethically and nutritiously sourced wherever possible.
