The Penthouse has an exceptional double height open plan living area. The kitchen is of the highest quality, Poggen Pohl, as are all of the other materials, fixtures and fittings and has an excellent breakfast bar with seating to enjoy breakfast at or to work from.
The icing on the cake for this property is the log burning fire and the outside space! With a wrap around balcony and terrace with outdoor seating.
The views are excellent and the room is filled with light.
After accessing via the penthouses private entrance you are greeted by the open plan living area to the right (as above), the bedrooms to the left hand side.
There is a double room with large en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite and a separate family bathroom with additional storage cupboards.
The upper floor of this incredible duplex apartment boasts 3 double bedrooms, one of which is accessed via a walk through in the master room, the other bedroom is an ensuite and both have excellent views from the expansive balcony.
One of the biggest selling points of this property is the extremely well designed sauna that is located into the eaves of the property.
There is also an excellent mezzanine on this level that lends itself perfectly to a kids TV snug or an office, with those unimaginable, mountain views!
We did the rounds whilst looking for this property. We initially looked in the likes of Verbier, Zermatt, and Villars, but after hearing good things about Saas-Fee we decided to take a look.
After we viewed the property in its shell like state, we knew we had to have it. The location is just sublime. Although it is a little further out of the village, the views more than make up for it. And with our kids being a young age at the time, we found the car free nature of Saas-Fee, and especially this area of Saas-Fee to be incredibly safe which was a major bonus for us.
Being able to buy a property of this size and standard in a safe snow sure resort, instead of a dated apartment in the likes of Verbier, was a no-brainer for us.
